Simcha Kellman was born in 1951 to both parents who were vets of the National Military Underground. He spent his early years in the Florentine suburb of Tel Aviv.

At the age of 3 he moved with his parents to the city of Rehovot, were he lived until joining the Army.

Simcha joined the Air Force and graduated cum laude as a Fighter Pilot.

In the Yom Kipur war Simcha served as a fighter pilot, participated in many flight missions, and was the youngest Jet pilot who shoots down enemy fighter planes.

Following his military service, Simcha went abroad as the head of the Israeli delegation in central America, instructed the local fighter pilots and served as the highest official representative of the stat of Israel in this country.

In 1982, after 3 years in Latin America, a good friend of him presented him with Scientology®. He graduated from the Scientology academy of Miami Florida as a professional Auditor.

Upon his returning to Israel, Simcha Joined the Scientology Center of Tel Aviv as an Auditor and a Senior Case Supervisor.

After years of experience, Simcha founded “Clear-Center” - Life Improvement Center - in the city of Herzelia, delivering enhancement and self-awareness services to the broad public. In 1999 he opened up Clear-Center in the city of Ramat-Gan, than in the city of Rehovot, and recently he founded the Scientology Center of Jerusalem.

During all these years, Simcha is known as the prominent leading figure in Israel in the field of Personal Counseling, Improving the awareness and the potential abilities embodied in Man.

With more than 40,000 Counseling hours, Simcha helped countless people to improve their conditions in life, reaching higher awareness and personal freedom.
